This Privacy Policy informs Users of the Baika + Saúde platform, developed and operated by Teramed Sistemas de Saúde, S.A., about how personal data is collected, used, shared, stored, and protected, in accordance with Angolan law, namely Law No. 22/11 – Personal Data Protection Law. 3. Purpose of Data Use

In all cases, Teramed undertakes to require confidentiality and data security obligations from third parties.

User personal data is securely stored on protected servers, with access limited only to authorized persons. Teramed adopts appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction of data, ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information, and guarantee traceability and access control. Despite all efforts, no system is absolutely invulnerable, so Users should also adopt good digital security practices.
6. Data Subject Rights

- - Right of Access: request confirmation about the processing of their data and access to collected information- Right of Rectification: correct incorrect or outdated data- Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): request permanent deletion of personal data, when legally admissible- Right to Restriction of Processing: object to or restrict processing in certain situations- Right to Portability: receive data in a structured format and transfer it to another provider, if technically feasible- Right to Object: object at any time to the processing of their data for direct marketing or based on Teramed's legitimate interests
